LRRS infield camping spots 2011 (Dealing with the Legends cars)

Ok so for the few of us who may be affected, can anyone tell me where the Legends cars are going to be parking and where LRRS Racers can park so we won't have a rumble in the infield. If know one knows I will call Wanda.

    Thanks.

    Map for reference.

Are the green areas off limits to LRRS Racers now?

I would like to try and plan. The team is rather new and we need to organize a little. I am sure LDR is wondering as well.

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?

Just show up before they do and claim your spot. I don't expect they'll get there before Saturday so it shouldn't be hard to beat them there.

It's my understanding that the spots against the fence in Turns 1-2 will not be available at all. The legend car guys will likely be showing up on Saturday and those spots will be left open for them. If you parked there in the past, the best bet is to figure out in advance what you might prefer for a new spot.

Thanks Eric, but to clarify, the green areas on the map (near 1 and 2) would be best to stay out of correct? If we stay inside the fenced in orange are we should be ok.

Yes, I believe that you are correct. The orange areas should be fine.

I think you may have to get on the other side of the fence.

That is what I am planning to do. If I ever make it down this year.

Who are you? The only people that ever put an effort into LDR were myself and Jim.

Every time I turned around Heath was adding someone else to the "team".
    It was supposed to be:
    Jay
    Heath
    Dan
    Jim
    Me
And I think I'm forgetting someone.
Then people started getting added like chad, KB, and some other people that I can't remember.

The team basically disbanded itself because there wasn't much of a team other than a place for everyone to pit together. Heath never lifted a finger to help me, I'm not sure about others except maybe Dan. I couldn't even get him to save me a parking spot, but you'd better have his bike ready to race for him and someone better be there to catch his bike when he jumps off of it after a race and put it away for him while he disappears into his trailer.
I don't understand how Heath can have a team when he doesn't race. As far as I'm concerned LDR doesn't exist anymore. I wouldn't be on a "team" with Heath ever again.

Re: LRRS infield camping spots 2011 (Dealing with the Legends cars)

My name is Adam #428 pit facing turns 1-1a Motard, grey trailer, had a black dodge green ford this year. We did the burn out in the back of the pickup last year during bike week, and like I said "plans" to rebuild are being talked about, not we "are" LDR. reading some of the post here two things are apparent. Some people are salty about some past issues that I have some how got involved in, second Heath whom can be a pre madona sometimes is also my friend who has helped me and others out ALOT at the track and I dont know what happend "the real story" of LDR like when I first came to the track in 05' but im sure it was a group effort that broke up the band. And I know Jimmy pretty well , Who is this?

P.S. Sorry Doc did not mean for any Thread Jacking that may have happened.

Adam you seem like a nice guy, and I'm not really sure why LDR disbanded the way it did. There was never an official "break up" people just started doing their own thing.
I'm editing my response because I realized that I really don't care what he does.
We have had a falling out due to personal issues and despite my efforts he is unwilling to talk about it or to me at all. I've known him since the 4th grade and have seen his true colors....I hope the same doesn't happen to you.
    Good luck.
