XT racing lap timers

talked to a guy from another site that has a group buy on them going. Best price i've seen if anyone else is interested in picking one up. I asume they'll work with any transmitter including the type that's used at loudon?

Yes, the transmitters are universal. It's NOT the same one as the oficcial timing transsmitter though. Someone has to put one on pitwall and turn it on for your XT timer to pick it up. 90% of the time, someone does it, but occasionally it's nice to have your own transmitter.

I have an XT and there were a few times when there wasn't a transmitter on during first practice. The XT is very nice, but it has been known to be touchy about placement and misses laps sometimes. Mine does.
