cb200 help

hello Im building a honda cb200 dose anyone know the torque specks for the clutch lifter plate or do i tighten them to where the just make pressure on the springs I have a clymer manual and the honda shop manual but they do not address this. THe clymer manual is for 125cc---200cc and my clutch is not like the smaller bikes thanks any help would be great

I'm aware it does not address torque specs for this particular part, but what does the manual say to do?

They are just spring keepers so torque not critical except not strip.

Clean and snug if your nervous a little red locktite
