45mm Slide Hammer to Borrow

Anyone in the Boston/South Shore area have a 45mm fork slide hammer I can borrow this weekend. i've got a blown fork seal on the CBR 600rr that i'm replacing. I have a 43 that won't work. Go figure.

Gino, cut the old seal in half with a hack saw put it on top of the new seal and use the fork itself as a slide hammer. It works pretty well.

Also thinking of the PVC with a cut along the entire length method if I cannot get to one this weekend. The tube measures just over 1.55 I'll be ordering up a 45.

I've found out that a 43 works for a 41. It just does not go the other way.
