? bout chain lenght

I gots a question regarding chain lenghts....

My Stock set up is 16/45 w/110 chain.....
I plan to be going with a 16/47 ( going up 2 in rear) what chain lenght should I need?? 112???

You should be able to go up two teeth in the rear without extending the chain.

I went up three teeth on my race bike and didn't need a longer chain. Ask when you order it, they should be able to tell ya. If there's ANY doubt, get a coupla extra lengths. Can't be THAT much more, and you're better off with too many than not enough...

Well to be safe (plus thats the size they had in stock) I got a 120 link chain.....


Now I need a chain riviting tool and breaker....

I don't. But I *DO* have a dremel. That and a peen (sp?) hammer is about all you really need...

UPDATE:
I did follow the advice of buying it xtra long. I went with a 120 link.
And NOT to my surprise it all fit with only 110links.
