I've got a plug in my tire, obviously need to mount new ones and would like to stay closer to Boston - Waltham would have been ideal.
Ideally I'd be able to drop by there later this afternoon - any suggestions?

whatever you do DON'T go to parkway cycle I had them mount 2 brand new tires and they scratched my rims up so badly and tried to say they were already like that... I complained and refused to pay, they have terrible customer service.

Turns out Hammadown's not doing tires anymore.
Any suggestions closer in than Foxboro or Chelmsford?

Not to be a pain in the ass, but if you want close just go to the nearest dealer. Riverside is like 2 miles.
If you want it done well, at a much better price, all while shooting the shit and maybe learning a thing or two make the half hour trip to chelmsford or the 45 minute trip to w bridegewater

While it may be very obvious to many of you just who and where the tire changing guys are, I'm at a disadvantage - hence my query.
I'm on my second plug and shortest distance (at 30mph), not time, is my best bet for making it. Looks like Chelmsford wins so far.
And if Riverside ever bothers to learn what the word "service" actually means, I would return - they're walking distance for me.

I wound up getting them mounted with Riverside. The rain was in my favor - they had appts that didn't show, took me in the next day and turned it around quickly.
Aside from getting reamed to the tune of $90 per tire, it was a far better experience than my previous one (which was actually three before they got it right).
As they say, once you learn to relax it's easier for everyone involved.
My initial impression of the Pilot Road 2CTs is two thumbs up - even getting better gas mileage than the Powers
