bike too lean? I get similar complaints but saying my bike is too rich....I wonder if switching my k&n filter to bmc would help lean it out

right, mine definitely runs too rich though but when I bought it, it already had the pipe, k&n filter etc...since someone said the bmx flows better I was thinking it might lean out the mixture a bit. Not really a fan of k&n anyway. I wish Amsoil made bike filters.

haha yup, I run amsoil in my truck, mx bike and once I change oil on my 636 that will run on it as well

Where are you getting a custom map done? I'd like to have one done on my bike just to insure it runs efficient. Its a bit of a pig too on gas with the pcIII map. Basically , get the air/fuel at a spec ratio.

So I'll be changing my oil this weekend, then the plugs, TRE and custom map next weekend. Anyone nearby that needs to use my stands and/or tools this weekend is welcome to come over, since i'll be out in the driveway working on mine.
