I ordered a new coil from Bike Bandit and it came with the lead wires. The spark plug boots are sold separately. I have the old boots, so I figured I didnt need new ones. My question....how do I get the old boots off the old coil leads and onto the new leads? Just yank em off and insert the new leads? I figure since the boots are sold separately, its expected that they can be switched out to an old or new coil....what gives? btw....the bike is sitting in my driveway, unbuttoned to get at the coil....so Im dead in the water for now...or until Rye gets here....lol...anyone have the answer? In the meantime, what Ive done is unscrew the lead wires from the new coil and screwed on the leads with the boots from the old coil...its a threaded coupling, so I guess thats ok to do....but now I have two new leads laying there! lol
no prob....you just yank the boot off and expose some of the wire on the new lead then slide the boot back on...simple! Even a caveman can do it!
Hey hey hey.... we don't talk like that around here.
Look at Beet... Stoner... TheIglu.... Some of NESR's finest members are cave men.

HAHAHA!! Thats beautiful! Sorry if I offended any of the resident cavemen here....or maybe I should apologize to GEICO Insurance Co. for the comparison!! One thing...dinosaurs?? Human beings didnt show up on the scene until millions of years after the dino's were wiped out!
