Does anyone know how to get the oil pump drive off the crankshaft in this 2-stroke motor?

I can't get a puller on it and it doesn't seem to want to turn reverse thread so I want to be sure before I go heavy-duty on it to split the crank.

I'm replacing the bottom end bearings
