    Fork oil height for 05 R6 inverted forks?

    Hey all I'm doing my fork oil and was wondering what I should set my fork oil height to?

    inverted 05 R6 forks with 1.0 springs and race tech valves
    also a recommended oil weight?

    can you measure what you dump out and replace the same amount?
