Anyone have experience using one of the Baja Designs No Pinch Changer?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C167IQDN-1s
I have one in my arsenal!
-I RARELY if ever pinch tubes any more.
-I also bought the mini adapter
-I scratch mini wheels pretty bad, mini wheels suck
-You still have to remove the tire the old way, however you do that, I just use spoons
-It makes putting the tire back on pretty much the easiest part
I have:
-No pinch tool with mini adapter
-cheapish stand
-2 small spoons
-1 big spoon
-bucket of tire lube with mop
-valve core removal tool
-motion pro bead buddy
-cable tool to pull the valve stem through the wheel
Did you have any specific questions?
Was just curious what people though of them. Didn't know a cable pull through was a thing. Lol
The cable pull through tool is a life saver!

mine is like this:

it has lasted maybe 10 changes, but its like $9 too. The cable has frayed at the threaded end bad.

+1 on the cable puller thing. Bees knees. Getwhone!
I've given up on all these specialized tire changing things. I'm back to irons and a remnant of carpet. I would like one of those cheapie benchtop sands. In my head I'd clamp that to my heavy workbench and get some extra leverage.
I am tempted by the roboconda thing. That looks slick and I like that it breaks down for storage. My fear is it is too specialized and not good for the range of tires I change; from my massive HD tourer to enduros with tubes. Tire irons always work. With some experience pinching flats when mounting doesn't really happen that much anymore. (Knock wood)
BTW I find this guy's process the reference:

His stand is perfect IMO. I believe it is welded to the floor and has a UHMW collar on it. I want that in a benchtop version I can stow in a drawer.
so those valve stem pullers actually work? huh. i have good luck with getting the valve through but didn't realize those were useful, thought they were too large for most bike rims.
always wanted a No-Pinch but i have the same go-to setup, Tusk stand, 3 MP reg spoons + large spoon. i always say i'm going to invest in some tire lube but end up with soapy spray working fine.
agree on mini tire changes sucking donkey ass, but i think quad/go kart changes are even worse! finally had to try the explosion trick to mount a set of balloons on our kart. what a shit job that was. it worked but only after i wrestled with straps and all kinds of attempts for the bead to catch. i was also installing wider rims at the time, which made it worse.
on the Rabaconda, i think Paul_D is still in love with that machine.

I've changed many tires over the years though nearly all were street (sportbike) tires. Last time I changed a dirt bike tire was for a Hodaka Dirtsquirt. Lol
The tire changes I have done with my Rabaconda have been easy peasy. If they weren't as expensive as they are I would tell everyone to get one. I got mine for a ridiculously low price and that is the reason I bought it.
One of the Cyclesmith instructors has the Rabaconda street version and I haven't heard anything bad about that one either.
That being said. My trash can and tire levers worked for many years with tubes before I got the Rabaconda. (Rabaconda is cheating with Mousse/bibs though and the trash can was a bitch with them)
I'd never attempt my RC8 wheels myself
