    HID help

posting this for a friend not on the boards. Few of you have ridden with him & have seen the bike before. It's the black RR with the HID's.

anyways, he's having a problem with the low beam. they will light up fine when turning on the bike, but will randomly shutting on when riding. has a suspicion of it overheating and shutting off. the HIDs came on the bike when he bought it, so he doesnt know what brand the lights are right now. will be taking the front end apart this weekend to find out the manufacter and possibly call them for support.

has anyone had a problem with their HIDs shutting off
