When I turn the choke off and the bike idles it starts lose rpms and starts to putter like it's going to die out on me. I replaced with new battery, adjusted the idle speed to 1300rpm when choke is off per the manual and 3000rpm when chike is fully on. Spark plugs be the next place to try?
Sound like the idle circuit and/or pilot jets are clogged. Has it sat a long time since it was last run?
it's been doing it since I bought the bike last season but it's starting to get worse and I go out riding at least once a week will be more when the weather gets warmer
Could be as simple as a vacuum leak too.
get some carb cleaner. start the bike. spray carb cleaner around the intake. (boots, etc) if the idle suddenly goes up....theres your leak.
plan B: pull fuel line and fill bowls with carb cleaner. do this a couple times as CC evaps. if you could start it too that would help.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...

Check the intake boots on both sides of each carberator.
Could be plugs if they are old and worn.
HT leads in good condition?
