so i upgraded the fizza with a brembo master from a 916 stainless lines and new pads
the problem is i can't seem to plumb the damn thing![]()
i have pumped the lever a few thousand times do as you would to bleed the brakes normally and even tried to suck the fluid threw
am i missing something or does it take a year or two to get the fluid to move the pistons?????????![]()

You have air in the lines still... not just a little... you have ALOT of air in the lines.
I usually fill the master cylinder with fluid and use a shop-vac to pull the fluid down through the calipers. It works better than a mighty vac.
Brakes are rock solid.
and yes, with the system empty and the pistons all pushed in, it takes several squeezes of the brake lever to get them to come back out to move the pads to the rotors.

When you bled your brakes you tightened the bleeder valve each time before letting the lever go back to it's normal position right? Otherwise you'll suck air right back into the lines.

If a Mity Vac is not working, move the Calipers around while tapping them lightly.........like your burping a baby. You should be able to see air bubbles in the reservoir
I've heard some guys use rubber bands and keep lever pressure over night.
