Stupid "pop" rivets...

So I am done my bike.

Has anyone bought any pop Rivets from Honda lately?

The ones they sent me are a new design.

They have a phillips screw in the center now with both sides of the rivet connected at the bottom.

Harder to put in, but I bet they will last a lot longer.

Pretty sure I didn't order the wrong thing.. has anyone seen these before? There were none of these on my bike, and I've never gotten them before.
