Its most likely just moisture that's built up from sitting so long bud. It should go away after a few rides hopefully. If not then worry about it.
Without watching the video, I'd say I wouldn't be worried. Its just telling you to ride it. If you take it for a spin and it keeps up, then maybe I'd start to wonder. But I wouldn't call it a big red flag.
Ever seafoam an engine, or seen it done? Smokes like a bitch afterwards. Looks really bad, but works great (or does nothing, depending on who you ask). Youtube it if you haven't seen it before. But basically, its a lot of moisture burning off in that kind of situation.

Thanks guys this is what i thought but figured it would be better to start looking into it early if i needed to.
it dissipates so quickly that I'm thinking its just condensation.
