Woodcraft rearset Brake light switch 08 GSXR1000

Hello all, I would like to try and put this switch on myself. The rearsets were already installed..Thnx Tricky Mike , but I had to order the switch. It says in the instructions I have to bleed the brakes, I am afraid of doing anything like that, is this necessary?

I thought you never use the rear brakes. Lol
