well i have to say i was nervous as hell. june was my first race back from broken collarbone and first time on my new bike. to say i was slow is an understatement nearly 2 ssconds slower than were i ended up last year . i just felt like i was holding back way too much. maybe it was the fact that it was my first time with the experts being in the same race i dont know but im sure soem more track time and instruction will help. it was crazy being passed in places i didnt know you could pass in. even had an ex give me a friendly elbow to my plastic in nine. i guess its time start pushing a little harder to get with the am pack or ill get de-bumped
Hey, you had a rough start to the year... you'll get back there. just takes some time... and you kept it upright thats a good start! It was good seeing ya.

Yeah, you'll ramp back up quickly. First round I was 2 solid seconds off my pace as well. No biggie...it'll come back.
you'll get used to being passed everywhere. watch out for those passes into 12, they typically throw people way off line and some people get spooked and go through the grass.

rd 4 saw me hit 125 so progress is being made. getting used to getting buzzed.
Glad you are making your way back into things. Yeah the EX bracket gets a bit...different =). The good news is that you can expect as a rule that passes will be clean, all you need to do is hold your line.

I actually love being buzzed. its so much better than fighting to get around a novice who is all over the place.
