I spent the opening round wiring my garage, cleaning up my trailer wiring, putting some wrench time in on my WR250R, reloading Bearing Buddies with grease, and ripping apart a pitbike motor for a countershaft swap only to get stymied by mismatched case bearings. I also ordered the last bits of race gear I need to play on track again.
Meanwhile, my future race mount spent it's time getting checked over in Delaware, and this afternoon will be making it's way to NJMP and from there to me via a forum member. In it's wake it's leaving a smoking wallet after my credit card suffered a near fatal blow paying for this bike... d-oh!
My hope is to race round 2, it depends on how my wallet survives it's current stress test.
