WTB: Pellet stove and futon

Yes, I know. This is a far fetch but you never know.

I am building up an addition to the house for my massage therapy practice and I have to do it on a tight budget. I have been looking to get a used pellet stove, most I see on Craigslist are too big, too expensive for my means or not in a good shape (rust, very dirty, parts broken, etc.)

I am also looking for a futon in good condition, preferably wood base. The mattress needs to be in good shape and clean.

I a guy got a pellet stove he used to heat approx 1200sq that he wants to sell for like 1900 bucks. Burnt 1 ton of pellets and decided it was to much work. He's lazy.

KB, I haven't been on here for days and just saw this. I just purchased a brand new fireplace for my massage room 2 days ago (purchased a beautiful futon as well)
