I have a friend who is looking into doing some track days. He needs a suit 6'4 310lbs 42in waist.

I would call Vanson Leathers.
They have some custom stuff and even used suits. You'd be suprized what they may have.

I am roughly the same dimensions as your friend and I currently wear the largest suit that Joe Rocket makes off the shelf and it works pretty well. I am not selling it but figure worst case he could see if a dealer could order him one quickly and know that it is likely that the JR would fit OK. I will try to check the actual size when I get home and post it up for reference.

Oh yeah, once you get to that size you are typically looking at black only unless he has something custom made for him.

Just took a look and they are a size 56, hope that helps a little.

I just picked up a Kobe Carbonstar suit size 54...I'm 5'10ish with a 44" waist, large chest/back. Torso fits perfectly, legs and arms are long, but fit well...suits go up to a 56 and are well priced (read: cheap). But quality looks to be good.

i got a set of syed custom leathers that are too big for me.. im about 6 225lbs. they would fit someone much larger because they were really baggy on me.. $300
