My shitbag neighbor has one sitting in front of their front steps that I'm sure they wouldn't mind you taking. I'm sure it's just as dysfunctional as they are though so it would be of no use to you.

Get on CL is your best option for something quick and cheap, hopefully it can be plugged in and prove it works for you...
