RC51 Taillights with Undertail Exhaust

So I had a custom LED taillight / directional setup. Its since slowly stopped working and i can no longer get an inspection. Im looking to replace the whole thing with a new setup, but I cant find much that will work with my undertail and exhaust...

^exactly what I was going to suggest, something like that should be pretty easily concealed and made to look clean as well.
