    WTB: 06+ FZ1 or V-Max

Two quite different bikes, but both are bikes I've always wanted to own for a while, if anyone comes across any good values, pass them my way.

    Thanks!

    FZ1 is preferably 06+
VMAX is preferably under 20k miles (year is less important)

i'd recommend you really look at 2k3 or newer for the vmax if you can afford it. 93+ got bigger forks and better brakes, '96 got a spin on oil filter and 2k3 got an upated shift segment and a couple other things.

here the latest pic of mine..

Anyone have any good resources for information on the FZ1's? things to look out for, etc. I'm kicking around the idea of one...

    2001-2005 or 2006 to present?

No real issues with any of them. Maybe a random cracked frame on the 2006 model but that issue was so few and far between it's tough to call it something to look out for. About all I'd advise is to check for quality welds near the steering head.

My 02 VMAX is for sale (have not posted it yet).
Still has under 10K miles (I think). Bought from original owner in 08 with
3700 miles on it (have his original title).
I love the bike, but I just picked up a 636 for track days and I have the
    VMAX17 and the X-14.
There are some pics of it in my photo Gallery.
