Looking for dogs for adoption.

Figured I'd check here too. My fiance and I are looking for another dog. We are seeing whats out there for adoption instead of buying a puppy, we hate mills and puppies are great, but there may be a dog out there we can save instead. We have our own home with a huge backyard lots of room. We currently have a 5 year old female, so we are looking for a boy, and we are in Worcester county. Feel free to pm or post any links if any of you have any suggestions, friends, or other dogs you may know of. Thanks!

Thanks, we have checked that out too, just want to see if anyone here has anything. Lots of the dogs on that site have some very expensive adoption fees.

In all seriousness, check the SPCA too. Maybe check other areas well outside of yours or perhaps look into adopting a NEADS dog. My grandfather picked up a black lab that failed the NEADS test for an apparent limp that no one else seems to be able to see.
