Ruger LC9 or Kahr PM9

I know this is a WTB thread, but I was curious if you shot both? I narrowed down my search to those two a while back and shot both, IMHO, they had very different feels. I was much more comfortable with the PM9, which was unfortunate b/c it was a couple hundred more. I would also look at the CW9, it's very similar to the PM-9 but Kahr left a few of the finer details off the gun (laser engraving/octagonal barrel) to bring it closer to the cost point of the LC9.

Don't mean to clutter up your thread, just wanted to give you some feedback.

Much like many web jockeys, I put this post up and THEN did some research. I've never actually seen one so I was surprised to see the specs have it at .6" longer and .5" taller!! I guess it's more of the cheaper version of the P9 rather than the PM9.

I have the lc9. It's nearly unnoticeable when carrying. Trigger is a bit long but it's a carry gun not a range/comp shooter

I have a bunch of firearms and have to say it's my fav carry. nice trigger and smooooth, hit's a tight group. Hard to find now. just shot 200rounds wed and had 0 issues. For the $$ it's the best 9 out there .....

To continue the relatively off-topic posting...curious as to why you have both the LC9 and the LCP. They're nearly the same size, and while I'll allow that the P is "better" for carry since it's smaller, it also fires smaller Bang Bang Drops. Why not just rock the 9?

Have an LC9 myself, only a few magazines thru it yet, but I'm a fan. Noticed last night how nice the night sights are on my 226, and may look into getting something similar for the LC9..... Opted for no optics on mine to keep it small.

Silly man why not have both? Like horsepower and cash you can never have to many/much.

The the 9 is a little larger. You would never know I am carrying with the lcp.

I have a pre-ban MA legal Kahr MK9 I would consider selling maybe... Very hard to find in MA. Stainless construction, no flip safety or masshole. Holster, mags, some ammo, etc.

22.1 oz vs 14oz on the PM9.
I like the MK but i'm looking to keep it lightweight. I may be picking one up on wed for 550.00 and 200rds of 9mm.
with 2 holsters and pierce mag extensions too. I was just hoping someone here had one for sale. also looking for a G26..

Just for the record I'm 5'8" 165 and this thing is light and easy to carry. You just need a good quality holster (like my crossbreed minituck which I could include with sale) instead of some 20 dollar cheap ass nylon piece from your local gun shop like most people use.

Anyways, the PM9 is a great gun, enjoy.

SR9C in this for a few hrs and you just might fall asleep with it on. N82 holster
