Storage space

I'm moving in with my gf in wakefield in the next 3 months ( getting engaged soon)

i have 4 motorcycles. 2 kayaks, numerous tools and camping gear, possibly an antique dining set


Does anyone have storage in the area around wakefield? i cant be too picky but if any one has some direction I'd appreciate for any place else other than the chain storage spaces

I figure I'd need at least a 10x5 area at least.

I'm renting from a guy in Wakefield. I think he has another bay for rent. It's 100 a month but he has to be there when you are there (dead storage).
