WTB used double or triple adjustable rear shock that will fit the following bikes:
2004+ SV650 (not sure if 2003 is the same)
2001-2005 gsx-r (600, 750, 1000)
Penske, Ohlins, Elka, Nitron - all good. Will look at other options as well. Not looking for a re-valved OEM shock from gsxr1k or kawi 636, never had good luck with them.
Looking to buy used to save money. I know plenty of places to get a new one, but they are $$$$$.
Because you mentioned Kaw ZX6R: I have a Ohlins for an 03-04 ZX6R (if it happens to fit in your application)
What is the length and spring rate of zx6-r shock and how much do you want for it?
The number on the Ohlins shock spring is "01091-34/100 L104". I believe this translates to 160mm free length, 100 N/mm (571 lbs/in). At the current preload setting (150mm set length), the shock eye-to-eye is ~34.5cm long.
GMD refreshed this shock in 2017 (have paperwork); hasn't been used since and its in excellent shape.
There are 2 of these on ebay right now for $575. Link1, Link2. $450 sound fair?
I've got an ohlins in my 04 Sv650. If you remove it...350? I don't know the service history of it but ya know, send it

hey... if you're still looking for a complete SV650 race bike . . . I'll sell you mine for $3000. I knocked myself in the bowl last year and have needed to re-access my racing "career". Has a slipper clutch, quickshifter, woodcraft rear sets, clip ons, shark skins plastics, full suspension...
might be easier and cheaper than building a race bike
