Rear lock for storage compartment....

Hey guys and gals... I need a rear lock that opens up the storage compartment. If need be, I can buy the ignition tank and compartment lock set. But I would rather purchase just the compartment lock by itself. Please respond if you know where to get one or where a salvage place is that I can buy one, A new one is $75 and a new set is $240. I would rather pay much, much less please... Its for a 2005 GSXR 750.

I don't know the cost or feasibility of getting a key made for it, but I may have a spare trunk lock cylinder from an 04-05 you can have. Let me know if you're interested and I'll go dig through some boxes.

Sorry for the delay, have been very busy this last week but just got your PM. Will check this morning and give you a call or reply by mid day.

Will probably be cheaper to pay the $5 to ship rather than pick up, I'm 45 mins from Worcester near the CT border.
