I've got a set that I used on my GSXR front end swap. They are actually off of a CBR 1k, I think a 2006. They are a little taller and help solve the issue most have with the gsxr clipons hitting the fairing. If you have a naked sv or race fairings that might not be a concern for you. Either way they worked well enough. I ran them for 2k miles or so. The throttle side was a little cramped with everything on there but I never had an issues with it. I drilled a small hole so I could mount up the brake res. If you're interested let me know I can get you pictures.
Depending on the year of the front end, you may want to get the 48-50 clip-ons. Some years (like my 2006 600) taper a little toward the top.

2006-2010 600 and 750 are 48/50.
Thanks Guys, I have a used set on the way. This post can be deleted.
