look up Kryptonite Forget About It Chains. They cost around $100 but nobody is cutting that.
i stopped selling kryptonite shit, its laughable. pick open easy, and cut fairly easy...

i'm a locksmith, i play with shit like this everyday.
the chains are fuckin nuts, made outta boron/titanium. i messed around with a commercial dremel with one, and i was chewing through wheels and not gettin very far through.
the weakest point on any chain/padlock set up is the padlock.
whether someone can pick the cylinder/drill it out, or cut the shackle. so they introduced the iron shroud to protect the shackle, because most ppl are going to try to quickly snip the shackle and move on. with the shrould u have no angle to cut it. very rarely do ppl try to pick/drill out cylinders. you can slow down picking attempts by havin a proper pin stack in the cylinder.

I used to work at a bicycle shop... Have cut many locks off with lost keys... As far a kryptonite if they still sell the circle cylinder locks so not use them.. takes three seconds to get them open with a pen.. No lock so far has taken longer then 15-20 seconds with a grinder with a cut off wheel.. So a thief can get it in 20 seconds with a cordless grinder... I would go with a mid range lock to keep the unprepared thiefs away since the pros will have no problems with the high end ones anyways
