Heavy punching training mma bag

I am looking for a heavy bag. Things at work are getting tense and figure one of these days I might need to do some ass kicking. So if any of you have one of these lying around thinking about getting rid of it, I'd rather help out a NESR peep than a wierdo on CL. I'll drop $40 for one as that is what I can get on CL. Let me know.
Oh, I have MC gear lying around that I would trade as well if you'd prefer that route.

I got a cheap empty bag on eBay and filled it. Just an idea if you don't find something else.

I would think buying a used heavy bag off CL would result in meeting some interesting people.

There are still three boxing gyms in Southfield and Dot.

Actually the bag is to be used for baseball training.
