had one on my '87 CR125R, because of course

right, it was supposed to alter spark duration ... there were a few revisions but apparently there was just a simple RC circuit inside for more consistent spark ... 'Works' moto-nostalgia. love it.

I'm actively looking for a decent one 175. The two or three I found on facebook aren't too nice or I've had no replies from. I was considering grabbing one of the bountiful 400s I've found but I know I will grow tired of the hassle of kicking them over. A 175 with some updating will do me nicely I think.

FWIW - IIRC - The 1982 and '83 models were the oddball motor (and rear suspension) years - with no pistons available anymore, and maybe cranks and other items.
