I am wondering if I should join the fun and go to a small claims court against Scott. I actually got a motor from him, but with mismatching parts. Now he doesn't reply.

blimp- the chapter 7 claim made by Scott has been twice dismissed by the bankruptcy court in Worcester. If you are thinking about filling a small claim, now is the time.

What did you tell them, and what did they say? I understand that you might not want to say this on a forum. But I got ripped off buy a contractor (not a mechanic) and Boston PD tried to blow me off. I made a bit of a stink about it, and they ended up filing charges against him.

Don't take no for an answer; or at least, don't take a single no for an answer.
