You have to be REALLY careful buying Carhartt. I'll only buy Carhartt in person now after getting hosed TWICE on the online shit. Total, utter garbage. Now I need to see it and inspect them. I look for the stamping on the pockets on the inside of the pants, and the genuine stuff usually also has the size printed on the inside of the waist band. At least, that's what I've found over the past couple years. I'll actually be able to test that theory once again soon as my Carhartts have outgrown me...AGAIN. I'll be shopping for them during the holiday sales. But I won't buy them unless I can handle them first.

So yeah...turns out I kinda needed to upgrade sooner than I was hoping. Actually, I guess the correct word would be "downsize".

Anyone looking for cheap pairs of Carhartt pants? LOL! I have two pair, 34W/30L - one gray & one the typical Carhartt brown. They're the real deal Relaxed Straight Rugged Flex Duck Work Pants. For those following along in "the other" thread, these were purchased in April of this year during one of my downsizing sprees. They're in great shape - no rips, tears, stains, blah-blah-blah. I don't work outside or anything and they didn't really get used much - pretty much just dubbing around the house/yard & shit. They've never even seen the clothes dryer as they're just too sturdy and I HATE how they always come out of the dryer. These are NOT the double-front...

These are not something going to the donation bin. They're too new, and let's face it, these fuckers aren't exactly cheap. I was thinking maybe $50 for the pair? Pick-up only at this point, but I'll cross that bridge if/when the time comes. Anyone here interested?
