Bought my MX-1 from MotoNeko, they are my online gear hookup!
Got the suit in a week ago and I had been wearing it around the house all week...its very comfortable to brush your teeth in...that being said I went for a ride last night and de-virgin-zed the suit!
I am 5'11" 180lbs, basketball player. I bought a 44US/54EU and the suit is almost a perfect fit. I have long arms and legs so the torso area is a little bunchy.
First thing I noticed was the armor and quality of the leather. The protection in this suit is BOMBER! CE approved GP stuff all around, the knee and shin protection is especially good. It also comes with A*'s Tech Back Protector.
It is perforated on the upper thighs, along the arm, inner torso (from waist to underarm) and has exhaust vents on the neck roll, lower shoulders, and behind the knees, along with airflow entering from the thermoplastic external shoulder armor and the perf'd back hump. There are no chest/torso perforations.
Kevlar stretch fabric in the usual places, but more surface area I think than other suits.
It took a few days to get used to everything (its my first 1 piece) but it fits very well.
On the bike the leathers feel wonderful. It was 52* last night and sunny, and I immediately noticed the amount of air that flows through the suit...especially the arms and thighs. In a full tuck flow is restricted, but not eliminated.
Second thing I noticed was the degree of flexibility I had when hanging off the bike and transitioning from side to side. Very, very elastic. The stretch panel (its one piece from left calf up to the crotch then back down to the right) is phenomenal. For those of you who have a Ben Spies style (big hangers, minus the elbows) this suit will do wonders for ease of use!
I went for a total of an hour ride with an hour dinner in between, and the suit was very comfortable on and off the bike.
If you have the cash, and love the leather, this suit is the heat, and will do well in warmer weather for day rides, race weekends and track days!
Have fun, be safe, and Happy Hunting
