I'm sure I'm the gozillionth person to chime in about this, but this is long over due.
Anyone ever notice when you buy something from Kates you get lifelong support? Or when you send him a message you get a resonse back within a few hours? How about when you stop in at the track after every session... tell him what's going on... he does his 'push push click click' adjustments?
