New Hampshire Yamaha Suzuki Motorcycle ATV Snowmobile Dealer - Freedom Cycle - KTM Arctic Cat Bombardier Ski-Doo Scooter Generator Utility-vehicle Snowbloer Pump Lawn Mower Honda Power Equipment
So, I've had a string of really good experiences with these guys.
Last summer I decided last minute to upgrade my 520 from a 4spd to a 6spd. I needed to get all the stuff ordered in a hurry. They really went out of their way to find all the parts, order what they didn't have, confirm stock with their distributors, etc... They were happy to pull it all together.
Last night was pretty much the icing on the cake. On Wednesday I had ordered a larger pilot jet for the KTM and just had them drop it in the mail... Turns out we thought I had an FCR MX carb and I actually have a regular FCR... they have different pilots. I get the part last night, pulled the carb apart and sure enough... doesn't fit. I call them 15 minutes before they close and they drop everything and go out of their way to first dig up a part number and then dig it out of a bin somewhere. All for a $3 part... I can't really speak for their service dept as I've never used them, but the parts guys are definitely top-notch.
+1 their parts dept is awesome! I'm in there a couple times a month. They're all great guys and have definitely gone out of their way to help me out. I got both my bikes there and I've never had a bad experience in pretty much any dept. I call their service guys with questions every once in a while as well. Prices are a bit high but its a small price for good customer service.
I've had incredibly good experiences with Freedom. And that says a lot given my attitude towards dealers. However the ONLY two people I'll deal with in the parts dep't are Tim & Russell, but I prefer to deal with Russell simply because he grew up with my wife's brothers. As was your case, they've come through pretty handily in more than a coupla instances. And Russ always does what he can to get their prices as close to anything you'll find on the internet...
Their service dep't SEEMS pretty slick too, and service at dealerships is a strict no-no in my book. However, they went outta their way (again, minutes before closing) to call up diagrams and what-nots to show me how to re-assemble the clutch on my Ski-Doo Mach I...
Sales was even a pleasant experience when I bought that Raptor over the winter. Came down almost $1000 off their sticker without haggling. Once the deal was done, they escorted me around that entire fuggin' place and intro'd me to the head of every friggin' dep't there. They really made me feel like something good had just happened...
Nothing but good things to say about these guys...
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
great experiences here for parts as well; a bonus is they usually stock the SV parts that everyone else needs to order!
