I am slowly packing and preparing for downsizing, and found a few stacks of CD-R (~40-50), DVD-R (~10), DVD+R (~25) disks in the corner of my office. If burning to media is still a thing, all are free to the first PM willing to pick up/meet in Westboro general area.
Will timeout end of April and turn into landfill.
I think I still have a CD case somewhere filled with copied CD's and DVD's. Before cell phones we'd be scrolling through this case while driving, holding the next CD in our mouths while swapping out the current one. Ah simpler times back then.
These are still worth something if its name brand, Sony or Verbatim.
The CD-R disks are Sony, rest are Maxell.
Sony made very good media, and you could have "archival grade" discs. If so, they're worth something to someone. Finding them is the problem. Don't toss them out without looking up the disc's grade:

I am pretty sure I don’t even own anything that can play a DVD any more.
Couldn’t even tell you where the CD inserts is at my cars.
My F350 though has a tape in the player. Lmao
