I was gonna head out today because its supposed to be really nice out, but I'm swamped with school shit. Just gonna spend my weekend at school to get everything done so that I'm free to ride during the upcoming week, which looks amazing in terms of weather, with the exception of monday.
Anyone here responsible for the other bikes parked at Orchard Hill? I can't figure out who has the bike parked next to me. Knock on the door at 634 Grayson or leave a message, I'll ride pretty much any afternoon while the weather is good.
Anyone up for a ride late this afternoon?

How late, and where to? I kinda want to test out the radar detector that I wired so that i can plug headphones into it to really hear when it goes off.

saturday morning "spirited" ride....meeting place/time unknown at the moment. At the moment all I have in mind is taking 116 to 112, then hopping on the mohawk trail and going from there...who knows. Most likely gonna be a quick pace. I hit up the same route after class today and got lucky with minimal traffic so I was hauling ass for a while...saturday morning should be even better.
Hay I was thing of riding sat morning. What time are you riding and where is the meeting spot?
Damn, just had to order some new gaskets, my bike started leaking oil like a sieve when its running. Oh i wish i bought a newer bike.

I have class till 12, i might be down for a ride to down there in the afternoon.
I was thinking of getting out there earlier to avoid traffic and cops....maybe like between 8 and 9? Over the summer I used to get out real early (around 6 or 7....i remember i ripped up 116 and didn't come across a single car...it was glorious) but its getting pretty cold at night and such an early ride probably wouldn't be too comfortable.
Are you around Amherst at all? I keep seeing someone around campus with a pretty nice gray ducati monster
Hey if you guys are at the Big E after 3:00pm on Saturday, make sure to watch the parade, my little girl will be part of it with her cheerleading squad (USA Wildcats, Mass Chapter), they will be on one of the trailers (how do you call them parade/Mardi Gras trailers??) After the parade, we all gather near the Storrotown Tavern grounds (restaurant), I will be there too.

sure...any ideas for a meeting place and time? I'm about to head to class and won't be able to check this site till about 12ish.
I usually hop on 112 where it intersects with 116 in ashfield, then take it to rt 2...its a nice road, although I've been seeing a decent amount of cops the last couple times I've been out.
Route 2 would be very nice to ride more often if it was not for all the traffic and cops infesting it. I don't enjoy going all the way up there anymore because of that.It gets worse in the fall with all the slow drivers/leaf peepers.
