I'm in Boston but I work on the bike and often store it about 15 miles west.
I don't mind heading further west for rides since there are some good roads out there...

You know what...I will offer you to go with you on a few rides when you get your bike. We'll take it easy, you'll go in front most of the time, at your own pace. I'll just be there to give you some pointers to help you out, if you want to. I'm available all week days and can arrange time on the weekends also. Let's make you ready for your first group ride...![]()

Hi, I'd love to go riding but it'll probably be another week or so before my injuries heal enough and I get some replacement parts for my bike.

I'm in the Springfield area, although most of my time is spent around Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Hampden, Palmer, etc.
I've been seeing several women riders lately... most often on the Ninja 250s.
If you guys want to stay on the nice, small twisty roads that wind up and down through the mountains... we're in.![]()
Renee and I promise not to bring you down any dirt roads.![]()
yeah...dirt roads are not good...lol
I often do a very similar route...Rte 57 all the way into Sandisfield, Rte 8, 23, 20, 112, etc. it makes for a nice loop. Once in a while if I'm alone or with the husband, we turn on random small roads, just to see where it will take us.
GNTurbo6, let me know when you're ready to get on the bike again, and we'll take Meg out for a few rides to practice!Hope you're healing well Redford...

So is anybody in the area going riding this weekend???

I might not go riding there..but hit Route 2 west and go to the MoHawk Trail. Its great. For a shorter ride, if you are close to Quabbin Reservoir, th loop around it is pretty nice I been there when I was living in Wellesley.
