My R6 makes just as much if not more power then my rc51. I bet its the same for your bike. Once we get the R6 tuned Im hoping for close to 130hp but we will see.
I ride over the 900's weight limit as it is when I ride 2 up. I'd really be pushing it if I rode a 600.

Thats pretty much the same with all sport bikes. Ya they come with a second seat and set of pegs but these bikes arent made for 2 up. It could be as simple as a spring change. I just add some preload to help deal with it.

I didn't say they did. He said stock was an ugly word. I just pointed out that not all stock parts are bad.

I just ride around with girls on the back that are 125lbs or less. But then again I am a skinny bastard myself so me with a passenger is still less than some of the people I have seen riding solo.

I set the spring preload on 6 of 7 and it seems to be fine 2 up.

My wife is 120, wet. (and at 5'8.5" that makes her quite thin.) Me, however go anywhere from 210-220, depending on what I eat that week.

I'm only around 150-155 and the last girl I had on the back was probably only about 100-105. She was by far the easiest one I've had out back, the only time I really knew she was there was when I would brake hard and she would slide into my back.

If you've ever seen pictures of my CBR, that's what the thing that looks like a carpet anti-slip pad on my passenger seat is for, to prevent her from sliding hard into me and slamming me into the tank.

For those who wondered where I got it, I ordered it from here:

Triboseat non slip passenger seat cover

Yeah, I like to feel (.)(.) against me too, but when she slams into me so hard I nearly go sterile, it's not fun.

If you know it is going to happen you can tighten up your stomach against the tank to save your twig and berries from getting the brunt of it. Now if I only had the balls to pull an endo with someone on the back....
