It says I need a valid race licence or a certificate from a racing school. Well my race license is expired, but I'm not sure where my cert is. Will they be smart enough to connect the dots that since I had a race license last year that I've obviously passed a class? I guess the main question is, will they let me ride?

My dad took the penguin school two years ago and he usually comes up and rides thursdays. They never say anything even though his cert has expired, but you should call wanda to verify.

BTW, if anyone else is a fat, out of shape bastid like myself and considering riding thurs, fri, and then racing sat/sun - I suggest not. I was so goddamn beat last weekend I was 4 secs off pace by Sunday, just didn't have the muscle left to work the motorcycle.

I've been trying to decide what to do... I'm doing Bomo Weds...then was trying to decide if I should do Thursday or Friday practice.... or neither?

What are the cost differences between Thursday and Friday?

i've been told that thursdays are way better. more track time, and much less riders. i think there was 6 riders in the NV practice sessions when I rode for round 6 practice

Yup I got carded last weekend for thursday practice too for the first time all season. The woman at the window said that they would be carding from then on. I didn't have my license on me, so she just looked up my race number...Not sure what they would do with an expired license. Definitely hit up Wanda.

Has very little to do with how out of shape one is and everything to do with muscle recovery and maintenance.

Without over doing it, proper stretching, electrolite-enhanced hydration, vitamin B and potassium are your absolute best friends. You will also hurt ALOT less at the end of the day, I guarantee it.

Thanks for the tips bud. I'll give that a shot for this weekend.

Last weekend I drank a case of smartwater over the 4 days & had bananas for breakfast, but that was about it. Didn't help that it was 90+ in the shade, in the garage thurs/fri.

I think driving without license is an offense and I think they will not let you ride. So renew your license.
