So I have my fairing all glued back together. I guess my next step is to repair the rash and make the cracks disappear. My question is... Is there an additive to put into bondo to make it more flexible when hard so it won't crack up if it bends a ltiile? Or is there a totally different product I should be using? any help would be appreciated.

Go to a good autobody supply shop and buy a tube of the plastic bumper repair epoxy. You prep the surface by sanding with 40 grit paper (or just slide it down some pavement and pick out the gravel bits). When it hardens it is sandable, but still flexible. Hope this helps. Good Luck...

For every action there is an equal but opposite reaction - and sometimes a scar...
How much does it need to flex? you could use fiberglass/resin, layer it & sand it down.
IT doesn't need to flex that much, just enough to install and remove it. I think I am going to put it all back together and run it for the rest of the summer, and see hoew the repairs hold up. If they are OK by the end of the season I will do the painting this winter

BTW they do make an additive for paint to make it flexible. It's what they add to paint bumper covers and shizzzzz.
