Re: EMM-PEE-GEE'S!!!

My Ninja 650R was getting 58mpg before I sold it.

ST2, not sure yet, still working on the 2nd tankful. I can say with certainty that is sounds and feels a lot less economical.

You know there is no reason to be in 1st gear while cruizing through town right?

ZX-12R averages 32
SV650S averages 46 (54 when the wife rides it)

I'm in a lot of stop and go traffic as I take that thing to work on a 60 mile round trip. Also I tend to beat on it. The WR250R gets the crap beaten out of it too and still gets about 70MPG. Damn thing does about 100MPH.

Re: EMM-PEE-GEE'S!!!

I can squeeze out damn near 40mpg on the Tuono. not bad for a big twin! But that's when I'm taking it "easy".
Typically I'm closer to 35-ish when I'm riding for fun.

Re: EMM-PEE-GEE'S!!!

2001 TL1000R gets 42-44mpg for my avg riding. Full Ti pipe, intake and Teka tuned ECU.

2006 FZ1 gets 40mpg for my avg riding, but very easy to drop down to 32-34mpg when a little harder on the throttle. Mpg goes down quickly vs. the TL for same amount of extra flogging. Has full exh, intake, removed secondaries, FCE, PCIII
