Hi NESR! My name is Ryan and I own a hybrid zx7/9. I've been lurking here for a while now, and decided to join your ranks. First off, I'd like to wish Taylor a speedy recovery. Had the fortune of working a corner with him on an SRNE trackday (which my bike was not ready for.....booooh). Having met him and chatting online, he is a real good guy. The posts about his accident actually prompted me to join up. I know he loved that SV, I hope he hops back on and soon. Well, I just wanted to chime in. I'll be on periodically. I actually have a bike related question but I'll start the thread in the appropriate forum.

Only running as a 750 right now, but just installed some 39mm FCR's and it ran like a scolded dog this afternoon. Still need to work on the settings and install the ram setup. The dyno will tell the tale.

WHat's a hybrid zx7/9?

"fuckit!"
1995 zx7 with a 9r motor in it. I've got a few other performance mods. Full Ti Muzzy exhaust, 39mm FCR's, PM Chicane rims, BMC filter, and the usual little asthetic stuff.

Hey Ryan! You were working T-2 with Taylor? I was the dude on the white/blue TL-R (fast group) that was screaming obscenities through there EVERY time I went by....
Was it T that turned you onta us?
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?

Yes, turn 2, site of the oil spill (and it was an instructor too......do as I say not as I do)! Stoneman and Josh, I do remember the both of you (along with a bloody Brit!). Stoneman, nice choice in bikes! I'll be buying one in the near future. Josh, you gave me the tips on the backyard tire change. Still haven't tried yet, but seeing how I have an extra set of rims for track, I will likely be mounting some track-only rubber soon. The Chicane's are too pretty to ruin at the track. Too bad I'm not connecting with you guys sooner, I would have joined up on your group rides. Where do you guys normally go. I enjoy runs to VT., when my ass is ready. Having ridden the canyons of So. Cal. for the past couple years I HATE riding eastern MA. Spoiled I guess.
