Look at this Handsome, jovial, Happy guy! This is what he looked like when we began the day. Off to a great start.

And this is what Brendanp looked like by 6:00 PM. All pooped out. We had to call the tow truck to haul him the last two hundred miles. These Yanks just can't take it

It's okay if you guys call him "Wuss"!

We had a great time on this trip through Eastern Oregon. Indeed some of the best riding one will ever encounter. And the Brandanp dude is First Class!

I'd love to make that Oregon trip with you and Bren next year... I think I wont need a tow truck though, still in shape..well broke fucking knee right now but if I have to cut it off to ride I will.

That's quite possibly the only picture of a busa where I thought to myself "hey... that bike almost looks kinda nice"

Yep, that is the volcano itself. I killed my first Elk with a bow about two miles from where you were taking a nap, way back before the mountain blew.

You have to admit, your ass was draggin when that picture was taken. That'll teach you to enter a beer drinking contest the night before

That was a great week of riding. You guys need to needle Brendan into posting up some of the pictures of his experience out here. There was 19 of us on that ride and it was a kick. Some places we rarely got under triple digits for an hour or more. No traffic other than the occasional cowboy pulling a stock trailer. I don't think we seen a single LEO outside the city limits during the entire trip. Some of the towns we stopped in had the grocery store, gas station, post office and restaurant all in the same building no bigger than your garage. Oh yeah, and some of them had only a single gas pump out front with regular only gas. You'd think you were back in Bonnie & Clyde days?

We stayed at a Bed & Breakfast Ranch in central Oregon and ate the best steaks known to mankind. You folks back in the NE have no idea what you are missing. Poke Brendan and make him fess up with the photos and share his adventure stories.

If you've never thrown a leg over a busa, I'd suggest you give it a try. I've had five of them to date and IMO the busa just may be the best all around bike on the market to date. They so everything well and while they are not quite as agile as their smaller brethern, the fun factor is as good as it gets. The top end stability is remarkable and you'll find it a very comfortable sport bike.
