Damn, I just read your post about bikes owned... it must suck to have those nice bikes just sitting while you heal! Here's to a quick recovery, and welcome.

Do you mean not everyone here is from Mass? Hello fellow RI rider!
Yamaha lover
Welcome to the show that never ends
come on, he's gotta be like at least number 25 or 26 of the active RI contingent
we need to have some local RI group rides(no buger king / strip club parking lots), should be able to get at least 6 people to show

Mass here but close to ri border
2006 Red Triumph Daytona 675
tis a fact, western RI, eastern CT and the part of mass thats just north of those bits is very fun. Pretty much google "the vanilla bean" then look at the longest possible way to get there and take that.

-just follow the blue signs. matteson rd was re-paved 1 week after the floods. I've got a pretty good 45min. ring around the "course". meet-ups at Ekonk Turkey farm on sunday mornings. great pastries and good coffee, cute farm girl behind counter. weidels' for beers afterwards. miss colorado canyon-runs and their lack of law enforcement.

well we've got at least 6 RIslanders who agree where the good stuff is, hopefully we can get a few local small group rides in this yearSlabbing 70 miles to ride with 40 people, not for me
Wonder if we've crossed paths on the roadI hit up that area pretty much every weekend, normally start my ride with one of my Loops along the RI/CT border(live in Exeter/Arcadia). I've got some good back road loops that go from up near Ekon and head south winding down to 95. We'll have to get a ride in after your rehab, heal up

Can't tell you how many times the Ninja thought it was a 'tard in those areas. That area of the state is notorious (as you know) to have paved roads that turn into dirt without warning. One especially comes to mind, near the entrance to Yagoo, I'm ripping down a road, in a hard left hander it turns to gravel....5 MILES LATER and I'm back on rte 3 and thought to myself, "well, that was quaint." Oh and there's that section of NL turnpike that's about 2 miles of dirt....awesome.![]()
I get offended by people who cry they've been offended
I can get you lost around the Bean
-maybe?, I'm out alone commuting alot. but weekends hangin' out in the woods. i should be good by july?
-i have a saying that creeps most riders out, i mentioned it in another post. but,"I love fall, leaves and all". and i have to ride on dirt, its the only way out of the hood. after a summer, windy thunderstorm and tree branches across road, horses and other barnyard animals? it makes riding interesting and teaches you to pay attention. you'd be surprised at the sheer number of bikes going down in colorado over rain or some other road surface abnormality. lots of sunny days out west, but the second it turns shit, people panic and crash. surprised at what your learn about grip and physics when there is a sudden change in the road conditions. makes for a better rider I say.
-oh, and thanks for the support and welcomes. aces!![]()
