Hey everyone. One of my friends directed me here as a good place to meet other sportbike riders in the area. I'm from Peabody and currently on a 2008 GSXR600 that I got last September. This is my 2nd bike when I upgraded from a Ninja 250. I don't have anything too out of the ordinary as far as upgrades, as it was almost completely stock up (with the exception of frame sliders and a chrome windscreen) until about April. I just did a 520 conversion with -1/+2 gearing and Galfer s/s lines, both of which have been awesome so far. I also upgraded to a Puig screen and that's been really helpful, plus it looks better than the chrome monstrosity that was there before. Here are pics and glad to meet all of you.

Never heard of it till now, but after poking around on their website, it looks as if the street slayer is a standard race can sticking out of the fairing instead of using a mid-pipe to put it at the passenger peg. I've got the standard race with a 12" shorty can. It's not so bad, at least on a 1000. They didn't sound bad on a 600 either. I was initially thinking it was something crazy loud like the Akra...M4 GP, Racefit. (shouldn't be on the market loud)
Welcome to the forum Katina!
howdy!
You Sir know nothing of true greatness. I of course refer to ones ability to steal, drink and generally do nothing, and carry it off with style

127 is just so slowwwwww
I don't know why but I have always liked Yellow/black bikes.

Oh yeah! Mine got to 225 the other day in stop-and-go in Everett. That was hell, so damn hot.
It is. Plus it's potholey and gravelly and generally ick. Singing Beach is the only redeemable part.
Troof.
Welcome! Just remember, there are NO good roads here in Boxford.![]()
