Well, 10.1 this time. And as was the last time, I didn't wanna say anything that would possibly jinx it. But we're finally in agreement for the abutting 10.1 acre lot to our current 10.6 acre lot. We were quite a distance apart as far as price, so we pretty much decided it wasn't gonna happen. After a coupla weeks, he finally came down to where we wanted him. We were actually prepared to go a bit higher than what he came down to, but we'll take it! It's not concrete yet. But the contract's being drawn up, the title's being researched, the transfer company's doing there thing. All we need is to dot a few 'i's' and cross some 't's' and it should be our within the next coupla weeks. This'll give us almost 21 acres of mostly hardwood. More importantly, it puts us to within roughly 1/4 from an actual road - which will give us a better shot at a building variance if we go that route. Here's to hoping it all goes as smoothly as the other one!
